Furthermore, various online translators have appeared, which make your life easier when you have to translate into any language. But what do you do when you cannot connect to the Internet and have to translate a big text. This is where the offline translators come in. TranslateIt! Deluxe is such a program that will allow you to translate words into and from five of the most important languages on the planet. The main window is little, but its size is configurable. The Preferences panel is pretty full of customization options for almost anything you want. Overall, the interface is pretty basic and gives you a quick overview of what TranslateIt! Deluxe can do. TranslateIt! Deluxe is pretty straightforward when it comes to translating. Upon entering the software, all you have to do is choose the translation language and you are ready for some heavy-duty translation. The language can be chosen from one of the dictionaries set above the main Program panel. All you have to do is enter a word, and you will have a lot of matches in a second. After that, you can see the thorough translation of that word by selecting it. This process is very fast and easy to be done. TranslateIt! Deluxe contains a lot of words in the database, from common ones to scientific terms. And with its database continually updated, it's almost certain that you may find the word that you want. TranslateIt! Deluxe doesn't support only words. Expressions can also be spotted and translated in an instant. If you are connected to the Internet, TranslateIt! Deluxe offers you some further translation, provided the word you are looking for is not already in the database. In the Preferences panel, you can customize a lot of things, like the dictionaries that you want to use, and also the appearance options. The dictionaries available contain five languages: English, French, Spanish, Russian and German. You can add or delete dictionaries in the Dictionary panel. Another interesting thing about TranslateIt! Deluxe is the fact that most of the entries can be translated easily with the built-in engine that lets the user receive a good translation in the fastest time possible. Furthermore, regarding the translation capabilities of TranslateIt! Deluxe is that many of the words can be detected automatically, so, if you have mistaken a letter in the word that you want to translate, the program will give you the most probable alternative. You can also translate texts directly from the clipboard, if you want. You can add texts by drag and drop. This makes it a lot easier, without having to write the text all by yourself. The manual input of queries can be made in the main window if you decide that the input options presented above are not available. A fun thing is that you can create a quiz by selecting a couple of words. Kids will surely enjoy this feature, while trying to discover the words that TranslateIt!
